How to Culebra from San Juan, Puerto Rico?
So I think to stop Puerto Rico this spring, but tickets to. Viques very expensive island. But I hear that. Culebra Island, so pretty much I just wonder if that is possible to go. Culebra from San Juan by bus or what not too expensive. I read some of the aircraft. Which cost about $ 200 too much for me. How long to take to get there? And I should book hotels in Culebra, or not? cause i think that not too many hotels around the island and. i dont want to pay too much.
